Stretch & Breath  -  This gentle class focuses on lengthening, breathing, and unwinding. Move toward a balance of feeling more grounded and simultaneously lightened up. All levels are welcome.

Restorative  -  Sometimes called "the jewel" of yoga practice, Restorative Yoga was developed by the world-renowned yoga master, BKS Iyengar. It uses blankets, bolsters, and pillows to completely support the body in basic yoga postures so that the student receives the benefits of the poses without muscular exertion. You do not need to be flexible to practice Restorative Yoga. Through these supported positions, the organs and glands are saturated with a fresh supply of blood, leading to renewal and revitalization. Breathing capacity is deepened. Because Restorative Yoga is a practice of mindfulness, we observe our patterns of tension without judgment and learn to let them go. Restorative Yoga soothes the nervous system and enhances the immune system. This class will enhance vigorous practice and is also perfect for beginners as well as those with injuries.

50+ - Aging gracefully with movement and breath.  Join us as we focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and breath.  Working with compressions to build our bone density and tractions to release and create space.  Working our synovial fluid, also known as our joint WD40!  Join us and feel the difference!
